Bien situado en zona cercana al centro y al metro. Muchas tiendas. Para ser una pensión, es caro, pues solo tienen habitaciones dobles y triples. Habitación muy limpia, sábanas limpias. La ducha denota dejadez ya que la barra está rota desde hace mucho tiempo y las duchas deben tener apliques para su sujeción. Ruidos constantes vecinales, no de calle, en habitación interior sin luz solar. No se puede abrir cortina porque de persiana. Mejor usar papel vinilo blanco, no se ve pero permite paso de luz. Prohibido fumar por el gerente pero bien que tienen un cenicero gigante en el patio, entrando olor a tabaco por la ventana. Así que sí se permite fumar en la estancia. De paso puntualmente, ya que al ser un piso antiguo, se oye todo.
